Business Development Executives

We are looking for a business development executive to join our sales team and help us grow our client base and revenue. As a business development executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with potential and existing clients, negotiating and closing deals, and providing excellent customer service.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong sales background, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a results-oriented mindset. You should also be able to work independently and collaboratively with other team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the market.
  • Contact and qualify potential clients via email, phone or social media.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or presentations with prospects.
  • Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients.
  • Close deals and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow up regularly.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • Proven experience as a business development executive or similar role.
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and processes.
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce etc.
